What is a Tenant?
In the DMflow.chat architecture, a “Tenant” represents an independent organization or company entity. It is the highest-level management unit, possessing an independent set of resources, personnel, billing, and data statistics.
As a tenant owner, you have absolute control over all resources within that organization.
Tenant Management Features Overview
The tenant management page provides the following core functions:
1. Account and Personnel Management
- Agent Groups: You can create different groups (e.g., Sales Team, Support Team) to categorize and manage personnel.
- External Invitation: Supports inviting external collaborators to join your tenant.
- Internal Invitation: Can invite existing DMflow users to join. It is worth noting that such users will not occupy your tenant’s paid seats (License), which is very convenient for temporary project cooperation.
2. Finance and Subscription
- Payment Info: Centralized management of company payment methods.
- Transfer Verification: Supports company bank transfer payment (requires verification first).
- PayPal: Supports internationally common PayPal payment.
3. Global Settings
- Channel Integration: Unified management of enabling status and integration settings for third-party channels like LINE, Messenger, Telegram.
4. Data Statistics Center
Provides a macro data view at the tenant level:
- Resource Usage: Attachment space, memory usage.
- Operational Data: Total messages, number of sessions, AI credit consumption.
- Cleanup Function: Provides tools for cleaning up expired memories to assist in optimizing resource usage.
