Making Answers More Precise: Grammar Completion
Besides continuously optimizing document content and using evaluation functions, is there any other way to take Document QA to the next level? The answer is “Grammar Completion”.
This feature allows you to manually set “Standard Answers” for specific questions. This is very useful when handling Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) or when absolutely precise official responses are required.
Feature Highlights
- Grammar Completion: Directly fill in “Question” and corresponding “Reply”. You can also attach reference URLs to increase answer credibility.
- Card Reply: Supports appending “Card” format replies. This is an excellent marketing opportunity. When keywords are hit, you can pop up product cards or event messages for advertising promotion.
Operating Mechanism
When you set up grammar completion, the system will make the following judgments:
- Similarity Matching: If the similarity between the user’s question and the standard question you set is greater than 0.9 (different languages will be considered dissimilar).
- Direct Send: The system will skip the AI generation process and directly send the standard reply you set.
- Cost Saving: This hit method does not deduct AI points, which is both precise and money-saving.
- Note: This rule applies to Document QA without advanced features enabled.
Future Outlook
We are planning to integrate “Category” or provide related “Document ID” filtering functions to make the search range more precise, further improving the efficiency and accuracy of Q&A.
