Tenant Management: Your Enterprise Console
The Tenant Management page is a highest-permission area accessible only to “Tenant Owners”, where you can coordinate the entire organization’s accounts, finances, and data.
Account Management
In this section, you can configure personnel and organization:
- Create Agent Group: Group customer service personnel for easy management and assignment.
- Invite Other Users: Invite external personnel to join your tenant for collaboration.
- Invite DMflow.chat Users: You can invite existing DMflow.chat users to join (this type of account has permissions equivalent to a general account and will not occupy your tenant’s purchased seat quota). If customized permissions are needed, please contact official customer service.
Billing
Manage your subscriptions and payment methods:
- Company Transfer: If you need to use bank transfer for payment, please complete “Company Transfer Verification” first. The system will notify you after verification is passed, and you can then enable the transfer function.
- PayPal: Overseas users or those who prefer credit card payment can directly bind PayPal for payment.
Settings
This is the hub for managing all third-party channel integrations.
- Important Reminder: To enable integration for a certain channel, please strictly confirm that the channel has been switched to “Enabled” status first.
Statistics
Provides a comprehensive data analysis view to help you master usage status:
- Agent Statistics: Performance data of customer service personnel.
- Attachment Usage: Currently occupied storage space.
- Memory Total Words: Storage volume of AI long-term memory (you can clear expired memories here to release space).
- Message Statistics: Message sending and receiving volume of each channel.
- Credit Statistics: Details of AI point consumption.
- Session Quantity: Total conversation sessions.
AI Credits Management
This section manages your additionally purchased AI point services. Purchased points will be temporarily stored here, and you need to manually “Transfer” them to real usable points before the system starts deducting them.
