1. Added sys_user email, phone, and locale in memory template.
2. Increased all reply lengths from 255 to 512, and will automatically cut off length according to different channels. Please note that button templates on LINE without images have a max length of 160. If exceeding this length, please use “Design Template” without adding channel templates.
3. Fixed issue where DocQA Fallback was not recorded.
4. Added history record search by existing email or phone.
5. DocQA “Dialog” added CSV download.
6. Web user default language prioritizes browser, followed by self-set language.
