Bot Statistics: Data-Driven Optimization

DMflow.chat’s intelligent analysis dashboard provides you with key operational metrics. Through these visualized data, you can easily grasp user growth trends, activity levels, and bot load conditions, thereby formulating precise optimization strategies.

Core Metrics Explanation

Dashboard Name Definition and Usage
Total Users Historically accumulated total number of users.
New Users Number of new users added within the selected time range.
Active Users Number of users who have interacted with the bot (replied to messages) within the selected time range.
Total User Messages Total number of conversation messages generated within the selected time range and specific channel.
Scenario Selection Deeply analyze interaction status of specific scenarios. You can view the “Total Conversation Turns (*1)” and the entry count of “Wait for Reply Nodes” for that scenario.

*1 Conversation Turn (Round) Definition: Each conversation interaction generates a unique SessionID. The system records how many times the user and the bot interacted back and forth for each SessionID.

Node Traffic Analysis

You can view the monthly entry volume of each node, which helps identify hotspots or breakpoints in the flow.

Note:

  • Input does not equal Output: The sum of a node’s output does not necessarily equal the sum of inputs, because conditions might not be met (Fallback).
  • Record Range: In the latest version, the system only counts statistics for Start Nodes, Reply Nodes, and Call Nodes.
