Differences Between Free and Trial Versions
Free Version: Currently, no free version is offered. The free version is the version available after the trial or paid version ends. All channels for receiving messages will be closed, and the daily free AI quota is limited to 10.

Other Important Notes (Purchase Rules)
1. Bot/domain logs are cleared every 30 days, but notes are retained permanently.
2. Web users who haven't provided an email will be deleted after 30 days, including agent conversations and notes.
3. The current attachment upload limit is 5MB (including resources processed via Google Drive, all capped at 5MB).
4. The total form limit is currently 50,000 entries.
5. API requests have a rate limit; if using external triggers, there is a limit of 100 requests per hour (each loop counts as one request).

We offer a 14-day trial period. Refunds are only processed back to the original payment account and are calculated based on subscription usage and deducting processing fees. The cost does not include LINE Push fees or any third-party authentication configured in triggers. Fees incurred from using API tokens are also excluded. These costs must be covered separately.
