We offer a 14-day trial period. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment account, calculated based on the subscription usage ratio and processing fees.
Please note: Service fees, customization fees, and AI credits are non-refundable.

Third-party integration fees do not include:
- Any third-party authentication fees configured in LINE Push or triggers
- Additional costs incurred from using API Tokens
