FAQ

Monthly Payment Issues?

If payment is not received by the due date, all channels will be closed five days later, and it will revert to the free version. If not activated for over three months, all bots and domains will be removed.

Refund Information?

The product offers a seven-day trial period with an option to extend (just contact customer service). There is no distinction between the trial and paid (LITE) versions, and refunds will not be provided. In case of disputes or fraudulent charges, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

What if Active Users Exceed the Limit?

If the active user count exceeds the limit (1-500 users at 150 TWD, 501-1000 users at 300 TWD, and so on), an invoice will be issued for the additional amount, payable within the billing period.

What About Third-Party Integration Costs?

Costs do not include LINE Push or any third-party authentication you configure in the trigger. Self-use of API tokens is also not included. All such costs must be borne by the user.

What Happens If the AI Call Limit is Reached?

When your AI credits are exhausted, you can purchase more credits through our application. We offer various credit packages for flexibility based on your needs. Additionally, graphical flow-based responses are free.

Will Sharing With Others Lead to AI Credit Abuse?

Yes, the product is designed for promotion and needs to be publicly available. To prevent abuse, we have limits on the number of messages per hour and conversation numbers per IP. The system tracks users who register too frequently (default is 5 times per hour) or have too many conversations (default is 100 times per hour).

Which Platforms Does the Bot Support?

Our bot supports multiple major platforms (channels), including Messenger, Telegram, LINE, Instagram, etc. We are also constantly expanding platform support to meet more user needs.

How to Analyze the Bot's Effectiveness?

Our bot includes detailed analytics reports. You can view interaction data, user feedback, conversion rates, and other metrics through the management backend, helping you better evaluate and optimize marketing strategies.

How is Data Security Ensured for the Bot?

We place a high priority on user data security. All data transmission uses SSL encryption, and the database is encrypted at rest. We promise not to sell your data to third parties and will conduct regular security audits and updates.

Does the Bot Support Multiple Languages?

Yes, our bot supports multiple languages for AI functionalities, allowing you to set different language versions according to your target market. Our language support covers major international languages to help you effectively reach global customers. For non-AI parts, similar to web content, you need to provide language data yourself.

Yes, we offer a free seven-day trial, allowing you to experience our bot before purchasing. You just need to register on our application to get trial access, and you can extend it by contacting customer support.
