What happens when AI call limits are reached?

When your AI points are exhausted, you can purchase more points through our application. We offer various point packages for you to choose from based on your needs. Additionally, our graphical flow response is free.

Will sharing with others lead to AI credit abuse?

Yes, as this product is designed for advertising purposes, it is intended to be shared with others. To prevent abuse, we have hourly limits on message quantities and the number of conversations per IP. Additionally, document Q&A offers a cache-like service where hits do not incur AI fees. (This feature is temporarily unavailable). The system records users who register excessively (default 5 times) or exceed conversation limits (default 100 times) per hour from the same IP.

What is a Q&A Pair?

A Q&A pair is a pre-designed question and answer set. DMflow.chat will search for suitable answers based on user questions. This method does not use ChatGPT services, making the answers more rigid and fixed. This feature is not included in the LITE version because, firstly, few SMEs are prepared with these Q&A pairs, and secondly, additional servers are required, increasing the basic fee to 3000 TWD per month for the standard version.

Which platforms does the bot support?

Our bot supports various major platforms (channels) including Messenger, Telegram, and LINE. We are continually expanding our support to meet more users' needs.

How to analyze the bot's performance?

Our bot comes with a detailed analytics report function. You can view interaction data, user feedback, conversion rates, and other metrics through the management backend, helping you better evaluate and optimize your marketing strategies.

How is the bot's data security ensured?

We place great importance on user data security. All data transmissions use SSL encryption, and the database is encrypted at rest. We commit not to sell your data to third parties and regularly conduct security audits and updates.

Does the bot support multiple languages?

Yes, for AI features, our bot supports multiple languages. You can set different language versions according to your target market. Our language support covers major international languages, helping you effectively reach global customers. For non-AI features, you will need to supplement the language data yourself, similar to a website.
