What is Active Users?
Billing is based on the actual number of active users interacting with the bot each month, not the total number of followers.
Approximately 3-5% of 10,000 followers are active users.
Active users on the website are calculated based on the number of IPs that interacted in the month, not the number of chat sessions, so there may be discrepancies with the reported active user numbers.
Only those who use the bot in that month are counted as active users. If unsure about the minimum number of users each month, it is recommended not to use the active user fee option.
Attachment Upload Limit
Storage capacity for attachments includes:
1. Images sent by the bot
2. Attachments stored in forms
3. Each row in a form is fixed at 16KB, so 1GB can store approximately 65,536 rows.
Differences Between Free and Trial Versions
Free Version: Currently, there is no free version. The free version will convert to this after the trial or paid version ends. It will close all channels for receiving messages, and the daily free AI quota will be 10.
Trial Version: Same as the LITE version.
Other Important Notes (Pre-Purchase Guidelines)
1. Bot/domain records are cleared every 30 days, but agent conversations and notes are permanently retained.
2. Web users who do not leave an email will have their data cleared after 30 days, including agent conversations and notes.
3. API calls and attachment uploads currently have a 5MB limit (gradually expanding).
FAQ
If payment is not received by the due date, all channels will be closed five days later, and it will revert to the free version. If not activated for over three months, all bots and domains will be removed.
The product offers a seven-day trial period with an option to extend (just contact customer service). There is no distinction between the trial and paid (LITE) versions, and refunds will not be provided. In case of disputes or fraudulent charges, please contact

If the active user count exceeds the limit (1-500 users at 150 TWD, 501-1000 users at 300 TWD, and so on), an invoice will be issued for the additional amount, payable within the billing period.
Costs do not include LINE Push or any third-party authentication you configure in the trigger. Self-use of API tokens is also not included. All such costs must be borne by the user.
When your AI credits are exhausted, you can purchase more credits through our application. We offer various credit packages for flexibility based on your needs. Additionally, graphical flow-based responses are free.
Yes, the product is designed for promotion and needs to be publicly available. To prevent abuse, we have limits on the number of messages per hour and conversation numbers per IP. The system tracks users who register too frequently (default is 5 times per hour) or have too many conversations (default is 100 times per hour).
