    • Chatbots will not trigger response workflows. Instead, users are directed to human agents for immediate assistance.
  2. Blocked Users in Web Chat:
    • Chatbot responses are automatically suppressed.
    • Blocked users’ messages will not be directly forwarded to agents, but their records are logged for future review.
  3. Inquiries from Other Channels:
    • These will be directly routed to the live agent support section.
    • A manual unblock action by agents or authorized admins is required to re-enable chatbot responses.

These features aim to ensure that visitors meeting specific criteria gain access to chatbots and address challenges such as first-reply monetization in multi-channel support.


System Upgrades and Bug Fixes

  • Improved Chatbot Workflows:
    • Supports additional memory types, including user, sys_user, session, and conversation.
    • String type inputs now support regular expressions (regex).
    • Regex limit increased from 52 to 255, allowing for more complex data handling.
  • Enhanced Resource Node Parameters:
    • sys_user now supports additional parameters such as email, username, and phone, enriching user data profiles.
  • Bug Fixes:
    • Fixed an issue where users were not removed from original groups during group transfers, ensuring precise group management.
  • Improved Live Chat Interface:
    • Enhanced layout and presentation for a more user-friendly interaction experience.
